An AI virtual assistant for independent insurance agencies
This is an AI assistant, not a human virtual assistant. It runs on a small computer your agency buys and owns, works inside EZLynx, carrier websites and your email, and drafts renewals, certificates of insurance, policy-change requests and follow-ups. It asks before it sends, submits or spends anything. Tyler Mayberry sets it up, keeps it running and adjusts it every month.
What it does
- Renewals: a 90, 60 and 30-day pipeline, re-shop notes and renewal emails, drafted for review.
- Certificates of insurance: drafted from the policy in your agency system, held until someone approves.
- Policy changes: filled into the carrier site up to the submit button, then it stops.
- Quote and lead follow-ups, plus a morning list of what needs a person today.
What it doesn't do
It doesn't bind coverage, give coverage advice or quote. Licensed staff send, quote and advise. It isn't a person, and it won't pretend to be one on the phone or by email.
What it costs, next to a person
| Option | About a year |
|---|---|
| A Missouri CSR | $41,000–54,000 before taxes and benefits |
| A VA through an agency | $30,000 |
| A direct offshore VA | $10,000–15,000, plus training and turnover |
| This AI assistant | $12,000 ($1,000 a month) |
